Same thing happened to my friend in Maryland. Somebody dumped a bucket of airplane stripper on her DC2 Integra. It was the most sickening and saddening thing I've ever seen. All the bubbles, all the flakes...
I feel ya on that. Leaving that little bit of hellrot on the hood, although I'm iffy on rusted hoods in the first place. If yours came from the stripper situation, though, it's all gravy, do what needs to be done.
Fuck the ******. Do what makes you happy.
If that happened to me I'd sand and polish it down to the bare metal and spray clear on it. Go all natural
The rust came to be by a nice man or group of men that decided to dump aircraft remover on the hood of several cars in my apartment complex.
Oh fuck

Alright, so the part that wasnt mentioned is that the car's left side is smashed. It had been t-boned by a minivan. After I saw it, I decided to sand down all the bubbling paint and rust it. Shall I show pics of the door? Do I dare?
Sorry 'bout that hood, mate. I was high on PCP and it just seemed like the right thing to do...

Hey, I'm Isaac. And I drive a bmw 318is, E36, hence my name BavarianTurd. I've been on StanceWorks for a while, but mostly lurked. Decided to finally make a intro thread, to myself and my hideous yet beautiful beast, Hellen. Hellen started out as a beautiful example of a 318is (if there is such a thing lol), and then through my insanity turned into the evil bitch that she is now. After blowing a clutch, fusing a throwout bearing and going through a ricer phase as she sat untill I could afford to fix her, I decided to cover that gorgeous Hellrot with some flat black. The wheel colors are gonna change though. She's only getting started. Plans this winter include a new door, motor swap (undecided what swap, probably M52), REAL roof rack. After H20 this year, I'll be taking the BBS RC's off and refinishing them to their original state, or maybe a few small details added in. Either way, the cotton candy was cool at first, now its time for something else.
This is how she started.
And...... Yeah. I'm ready for all the ****.
License plate is now property of I-97. Great.
*flame suit on*
Oh yes, sits on rokkor coils. Yeah, I'm that guy. Not a for sale thread... but..... yeah its for sale lol
