Places to stretch tires in south jersey?

I had to get a new tire and dont really know anyone in the stance scene up here (was down in texas for 5 years). I've tried using fire and shit to stretch it and it ain't working. Its a 215/45 on a 9.5 wide wheel so its not huge stretch but its not cake either.

I don't really care if I have to pay a decent amount but I just want it on because driving with 1 stock wheel sucks

i know Eargasm in South Philly on Oregon Avenue told me they would put a 225/40/18 on my 18x9.5. havent gotten it done yet, but they do that, and use a Cheetah. they also roll fenders for like $40 per fender

I ended up finding a way to make it work. I used a bike inner tube.
