FS/FT in NC: S13|SR20DET|GT2871|PFC| Need a DD!

Ahhhhh FML.
(Know I'm going to get flamed for stance, but you can fix that. Rotas...maybe not.)
Price: 6500 but I'd rather have a trade.
This is a feeler to see what I can get.
I'm going to be going back to school and I need something more practical and comfortable...Something with AC and perhaps 4 doors.
I'm not too terribly picky, but if you are offering a trade it must be:
More Comfortable.
Have AC.
Not be slammed into the ground.
Reliable.
Preferably 5 Speed.
Preferably RWD.
I want to punch myself in the head for listing it for sale, and after it's gone, I'll probably do it some more, but hard times are hard times.

-14,000 miles on engine since rebuild, 4,000 since brand new headgasket
-HKS step one cams

-I know I am forgetting some things, but that's pretty much it.
Suspension:
-Aftermarket Sway bars(not sure what kind)
-Tein Super Drift Coilovers
-Rear strut tower bar
-Exterior:
-Bmagic body kit(vertex knock off)
-Rota P45R's 17x9 +12 front and 17x9.5 +12 rear [4Lug.]
-Ferrari Paint code Silver paint(dont remember color code)
-New 225/45/17 Fuzion ZRi's out back. Like 80% Tread life.
-Stock interior
-Viper Alarm system
rear seats and behind are stripped out.
Car was originally red and door jams, interior and engine bay weren't painted with the car so they are still red.
The drivers seat is a little ripped where they usually are.
Interior isn't perfect, I would give it a 6.5-7 out of 10.
Engine harness isn't tucked or anything, so it looks kind of messy on the intake side where the excess harness is sitting in the bay. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the harness or the wiring.
Car was wrecked before in the rear passenger side and front drivers side. Seemed to be proffesionally repaired, you can't tell at all from the outside, and the front radiator support was replaced (clean replacement btw)
Also, the center garnish in the kouki taillights is messed up. It still looks okay, but again, it's not perfect. Previous owner used a caustic paint stripper on the plastic and it didn't go over too well. I need to take a DA sander and cut it flat and repaint it.
Front bumper has some cracks in it front hitting cones and drivers side fender has a small dent in it that is hardly noticeable from a cone as well.
