Going to Job Corps

I'm going to Job Corps here in a couple months to learn auto mechanics, auto body and welding. Hopefully I will stay the maximum 2yrs there and get the advanced training they provide. Now to my main point, would anyone know an auto shop that may be hiring in about 2yrs time? Either in Oklahoma (where I want to live), in Florida (where I currently live) or in Kentucky (where I'm going for Job Corps). Main reason I'm going is to get these car build ideas that I've had in my head for a while out of my head.

Does anyone want one of my ideas? There's one for a 1997 240sx Kouki and a 370z. I need to make room for more ideas lol
