bought these wheels for a really good deal, but one need some deep cleansing. they look like they been through hell.

Or you could use AMMO Plum which is the same thing that I use. But it does the exact same thing that iron-x does just in a cooler looking bottle pretty much.

You can get wheel brushes for like a few dollars.
