  • Springs Rates and Poke

Hi guys. I want to run a mild amount of poke when I get my car dialed in, but since camber adjustments aren't exactly easily attainable for my car (in the rear, at least) I'll be needing some help from stiffer springs.

What spring rates are those of you running some mild-to-moderate poke running?

you prob want to search here for redrocket's posts. since your car has true rear coilovers, you prob dont need to hear advice from say, us e36 guys. a lower spring rate for you would be the same as a much higher spring rate for us (in the rear).

Doh! I didn't even think to look for something from Austin. I will however be running a bit more poke than he did. Actually almost identical to your car's fitment.

I'm basically trying to figure out how to run that kind of fitment without too much rubbing. I'm guessing it's a combination of spring rates, camber, and enough stretch.

      Thanks!
