Sorry for the late response, but the headlight is off of a 2000 323i (prefacelift sedan).

Bump to add more:

OEM alarm for E46 (non vert) - $200
I bought it brand new for $295 approx. 6 months ago. Install took me about 10-15 minutes, a detailed DIY can be found HERE. In addition to the physical install, you must have your dealer activate the alarm in your car. Most dealers charge about a half hour of labor for this, and there is no DIY way around it.

Jet Black paint code 668. Fits a prefacelift sedan. It's in great shape, I've had it on my car for about a year.
