  • How good are your eyes?

X-Rite's online color challenge and hue test is a free tetrachromatic test that allows you to test your color accuracy and color vision.

Using my MacBook Pro, chillaxing on my couch, watching Scooby Doo, and carrying on with my five year old, I got a zero. How good are you?

                44.

Kinda inaccurate, depends solely on your monitor's quality

Doesn't depend solely on your monitor quality. Are you using a browser that shows accurate colors? Firefox 3.5 and up doesn't for sure. With older versions, you have to enable it in about:config. Is your monitor calibrated? If not, then of course you aren't going to be able to see differences. It also actually does depend on your eyes as well. Apparently a lot of professional wedding photographers can't tell a difference between all the colors, which also explains the overabundance of simply using purchased actions to create your own "style."

But, I'm surfing right now on the same computer that I do pretty much all of my editing on. So... it is important to me that the colors are right. Dig?
