All you have to do is slam your Miata, really. To adjust a little further there are eccentric cams on the lower control arms you can tool with as well. Messing with them independently will screw with your toe too though.

Just saw your car and wheels and coils and what not. Wind them suckers down and flat roll your fenders. It'll fit as long as your tires aren't any bigger than 195/50's.
With a fender roller.
Or a mallet.
Whichever you can get your hands on easier.
Take your time and just fold in the sharp ass lip of your fenders. For that wheel size, don't fuck up your fenders by pulling and reshaping them. If you still rub after adjusting the bolts on your lower control arms, downsize your tires to 195/45 or 185/55 or something.
