just picked up a 83 240d benz, new to air suspensions, my brother had a mk4 on air. an im on the search for a bag set up. i already have a few parts laying around. looking for the bags/struts that will work. any help would be great.

it shouldn't be very hard, take out the springs and put in bags. and your car doesn't have struts.

i checked there an they in my research. they dont have anything specific to the w123. i guess id have to call or email to be specific to see if they would have what i needed

don't check out airbagit.com, check out places that support this forum, send some emails to educated people and then figure out what you want to do. find a place that would fab you up some bag cups(or just have them do the whole set up, i was originally quoted $1800 for slam re6s installed in my benz with no management. i ended up doing it myself. in retrospect i should have just paid someone to do it.

Yeah definitely don't go with airbagit. Like bobbyjones said, you'll just need 4 universal bags a management package and will have to fabricate brackets for each corner of your car but that's it! Feel free to pm or email me with any questions.
