  • Accuair battery drain ?

Could someone please tell me what amount of milliamps a accuair system should be drawing when the key is in the off position?

Mine is drawing -062.8 ma is this normal?

Our e-Level system will draw 63 milliamps when the ignition is off. This is the same amount of power that a factory clock in a car would pull so it shouldn't draw a battery dead quickly.

We have seen people have issues when using particular brands of gel cell batteries that are made for more of a hot one time draw then a long lasting power like the regular lead-acid batteries. Also if your battery is older or has been drained a lot of times it is more likely to die from a small draw.

We do recommend that if your car is gonna sit for longer periods of time that you either hook it up to a battery tender or pull the fuse to our ECU. None of the preset heights or calibration will be lost by doing this.

Feel free to give me a call at 877-247-3696 also if you have any other questions on anything.
