  • Breaking = Non-Existent

    Hey guys,

I have a problem that started ever since I fitted the coilovers and wana get some insight on what it may be.

During fairly spirited driving, when I step on the break pedal, even just slightly, over a bump or sunken area in the rode, my breaks lock up and it feels as though for a second they are non-existent, is it because im catching air and my wheels are locking while airborne?

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Are my JOM blueline coilovers really that crap, my ride is extremely bouncy so i figured thats prob the problem, just wanted confirmation before i start looking for a new setup.

That my friend is called bump-steer.
and being that your FWD it's only going to extenuate that feeling. You need to look and see what your ball joint angles are like, I'm guessing with the coils spun down they are going to be binding.
