has anybody used the universal air aero bag before im looking to put air on my escort with mac struts.

I have not used them but I have researched a lot about them for use on my car. You get a set of coilovers and you put the bag where the spring is supposed to go. It's a little more complicated than that but the basic idea. They are a good bag and Universal Air is a good company.
You should know that they require a lot of clearance since they are a bellows bag and not a sleeve.
