Well I know it's not exactly complete wheels, but ... close enough. 
When I say brand new, that's exactly what that means: unopened packaging for every single part. Everything is in it's original bag the way BMW packaged it in 1992 when they were made. Not a scuff, scratch, dent or anything else on any of them.
