Posted this up in the showroom already, but what the fuck.
Built in 48 hours, this is the short videographic tale of my friend's '78 Mk2 Ford Escort 4-door 1300 Ghia.
We did front end paint, undersealing and chassis component stripping/painting, rolled the rear arches, fitted Gaz coilovers and Hi-Spec 4-pot front brakes up front, 3" lowering blocks and Gaz shocks out back, chucked in a freshly rebuilt 1600cc X-flow (originally 1300) and last but not least, 13x8 Minilites with 175/50 Yokohamas stretched over them.
The result as it sat on the ground for the first time? Credit card arch clearance up front and 10mm from the exhaust to the floor.
