  • E36 RPM Response Problem

Hi Guys, I have this problem with my 98 328i, maybe you can help me!

Lets say I shift at 3000RPM, as soon as I release the gas to step on the clutch, the RPM stays at 3000 for about 2 seconds before getting down to iddle, feels like the throttle body is staying open a little bit after I released the gas pedal.

on the other hand, when I step o the gas to accelerate, theres no problem at all.

    Thanks for your apreciated help!

take a look at the hose from top to oil pin, probably a leak there as it are common those cars.
