Anyone know a place in melbourne that can make new lips up for me? also a place that will pull apart 3pc rims that are welded... if they exist lol

just for anyone interested, i was quoted $140 +$30 for polishing for 17" 2"deep lips. (just a rough quote tho)

i was asking about 3" lip though
