horizontal scaling

recently i have had an issue on my mini laptop where the whole forum stuff is offset way to the right whilst the background and header remains in the correct position.

i frequently browse the site on my mini laptop and this is the first time its happened... unsure whether its me or you thought you might appreciate the heads up if its not me but some feedback would be great if it is!

I know on mobile if you're viewing its slightly offset... we suggest using the mobile theme on non-standard reduced resolution devices.
