i wanted to know if someone could help me with some spring rates for my 74 benz 240d. im thinking of going like a QA1 coilover just need the spring rates for it. thanks.

I'm thinking you would be good with 300lbs in the front and 200 in the rear.

Looks like a 3500+ car so 450 front and 300 rear would be my guess.
