+++ Behind the Scenes: ORT's SwitchSpeed Demo Jetta Wagen "The Rebirth"

So over the last 8 months I've reinventing the Jetta Wagen I purchased in January. For the past couple weeks Andrew of ORT, myself and Brendan aka fasstt600 have been planning, ordering and mocking up all the pieces to my Air Management Puzzle. With out them, a lot of this would not be happening.

So this is what i started out with
Current Setup
Dual 380 VIAr compressors
5 gallon tank (4 port)
EASY STREET air management
FK silverline X+ coils
3/8 line
universal rear bags
Aero front bags

After blowing a BOC, i moved on to a set of loaner Supremes, Until my bombers came in. .

Right now, everything is in my trunk waiting to get installed which will happen this weekend (not cutting it close to H2O or anything :P )

Let me 1st start by giving a HUGE Thanks to Brendan aka fasttt600. His skillz and finishing work are second to none. Between Friday night and Saturday night we easily spent 18 hours working on the car making sure that we only had to do it once. 2nd Andrew knowledge in parts/fitings/product has played a huge part in the quality of build that we put together. The quality of the accuair reall compliments the BagYards.

I forgot to take more pics but these should give you a pretty good idea of how it came out. Im extremely happy with the finished product.

Some extra beer money for h2o. Lots of quaters, HAD to be like $5 hahaha


Accuair mounted up high & easy to get to. Remade the donut, painted and mounted the tank more securely (it was rigged on there)

The floor that goes over everything is being made as we speak. The only think not completed yet is the Klenn horn but that only involves running a line and mounting. Hopefully it will be completed this week:thumbup:
