I'm not a hardcore gamer myself, but I do have some serious "nerd love" for the Gran Turismo and Metal Gear Solid series.
And since GT5 seems to never get ready, I'm currently re-playing MGS4.

Never played Forza 1/2, but then again me and my friends all have PS2s/PS3s, so only Gran Turismo for me.

Also play a bit of GT4, but cant wait for GT5 full to come out, and will be buying a XBOX once the Forza comes out.
