Help with Work XD9 flush fitment for Aussie

Hello all!

Another problems i have atm, I'm looking for new wheels and the XD9's in white are right up my alley. Now i'm looking for a flush fitment and i can't have it past the arches cause Australian law is stupid and strict, so i wanna either get in on the arches or litterally a couple of mm within it. I wanna push it to the limit so cops want to cannery it (aus slang for not road legal) but they legally can't touch it.

So i'm asking for help for fitment of 18" XD9 on a 2005 WRX Wagon with them flush with the guards.

If someone could please provided an idea in specs and some visual references that would really awesome as i'm yet to find a tyre centre to trust with a 3k decision
