Registered contracts apply until they are terminated or replaced. If a job has a registered contract, the premium does not apply. However, negotiations on the enterprise agreement have been ongoing for several months, while some improvements have been made, we still have many outstanding issues on which the Council has not negotiated. The Fair Work Commission can also help employers and workers who are embarking on the "New Approaches" program. Learn more about the new approaches on the Fair Labour Commission website. We have informed the Council that we will review our protocol in collaboration with Members to obtain the "Die in the ditch" requests that we wish to continue negotiations. The Commission indicated that all new inclusions should be calculated and could have an impact on the wage supply. The ASU noted that there are many claims that could result in minimal costs, as they are not considered by all employees. In addition, there are a number of non-free positions that improve the transparency and security network of staff without equalling an amount in dollars, such as the implementation of an agreed disciplinary procedure within the EBA.
