5.6. With Amazon EC2, you can provide Amazon EC2-Instances using your Microsoft software and Microsoft licenses (the "BYOL program"). Unless otherwise stated in your (s) agreement (s) with Microsoft, you can only participate in the BYOL program if you meet the stated requirements and use (a) dedicated instances or dedicated hosts; and (b) Starting Virtual Machines (VMs) from binary software files that you provide. 10.1 If you are subject to AWS Elemental Appliances and Software Terms of Use available on aws.amazon.com/legal/elemental-appliances-software-agreement or any other written agreement between you and AWS Elemental for the purchase and use of AWS Elemental Appliances and Software Terms of Service, that we can update from time to time, in case of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this C.A.A., and the existing AWS Elemental Appliances and terms of use of the software, these conflicts or inconsistencies will be resolved by giving priority to this 1st 45.2. AWS or one of its affiliates may enter into a SOW with you to provide AWS professional services. For the purposes of each SOW, the term "AWS" in the SOW and the agreement refers to the AWS unit that executes the SOW and no other AWS unit has obligations under that SOW. Each SOW (along with the agreement) is defined by the parties as the final, complete and exclusive terms of their agreement and replaces all previous agreements and agreements (whether orally orally) between the parties with respect to the purpose of this CONVENTION. The Hancom document processing service is a third-party content. Your use of the Hancom document processing service via Amazon WorkDocs is subject to Hancom`s terms of use. If you do not accept, do not activate or use the Hancom document processing service if you do not accept Hancom`s terms of use for the Hancom document processing service. If you enable and use the Hancom document processing service, Hancom has access to the content of the edited document as well as the username and profile image of the end user. Hancom is authorized by AWS only for the provision of the Hancom document processing service and only for the duration of the editing session. 1.8 "Documentation" refers to end-user documentation for Diffblue products, which is commercially available and made available by Diffblue.

"Account Information" refers to the information you provide to us in the creation or management of your service offerings acquired by AWS Marketplace. Account information includes, for example, names, usernames, phone numbers and email addresses that are related to your support for your services. 1.5. "Customer" is a user who subscribes to FRAFOS software with AWS. "Assistance agreements" are all support agreements that we offer for services and that we publish on the USAN website, because we can update them from time to time. The assistance agreements we offer with respect to services are included in the assistance policy in www.usan.com/aws-docs/support-policy (and all successors or related sites designated by USAN) that can be updated from time to time by USAN. 9. CHANGE.

We may at any time modify this CLA at our sole discretion by publishing the revised terms on www.aws.amazon.com/legal/elemental-appliances-software-eula or as part of a software update or upgrade. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of the amended EULA indicates your consent to be linked to it.
