We tried on my friend's car to see how its fitting with the 70mm kogouchi overfenders, -3 camber, shit its wide

Sometimes i am wondering if its not to wide!

            Girlfriend working hard, Lol

            The gray thing is plasticine

            This is mold release agent

Doing fiber glass, making the first mold

            First mold

The Overfender, made a mistake by putting plasticine to do the little line in the fender

            Repairing my mistake

            Evercoat finition putty

            Me sanding

The flare was awful, at this point i was wondering if i could make something look perfect, i spent hours and it was still not good...

            Try harder they say

Some kind of a flare mold

            Looks way better

            Finaly over

            Plasticine

            Looks good so far

Forgot the gas tank hole lol

            Fiberglass

            The mold

right side is still the mold

            fiberglass in the mold

now this was bad, I was hurry when I did the fiberglass in the mold so I did some steps wrong, I put too much realest agent and didn’t wait for it to dry properly, that made my fiberglass never came dry, it staid wet and soft.
so I had the idea, wash them with water, put them back together and put fiberglass resin inside the overfender that way itw will become hard, it worked, happy endings this time lol

            finaly right side is done

            side view

            finition putty

            both sides

had to cut the flare again, the car si 2cm higher on the right side i never saw it and now i'm paying for it

            weight reduce lolll

            flare mold

            flare mold

            fiberglass

            a ruff unmolding

            its gonna fit proprely

            new flare

            couple of hours later

            ass

wow, those homemade flares came out amazing! Are you a body man as a profession or is this just a hobby? For those molds, are you using them as a negative to make the flares for the car (that way you will always have the mold to make more) or will those be the final product?

lewda i started when i was 15 on my scooter as a hobby and it fallowed on cars i have learned it from one friend who had a garage and costumed bikes, I’m using the current overfenders to make the final mold and then i can make as much as i want, the mold is ready in 5 to 10 days.

Sweet! Scrolling down I was like "s13 k. Engine works? here it is... Wider wheels. oh here they are. To wide - bolt on flares right?" Then I wen't silent. Really nice work.
