Wordpress doesn't have to be installed. Everything is done right online. Its kinda confusing but I'm getting the hang of it

If you aren't using wordpress.com, you'll need a web host that supports php5 and mysql. After that the install is pretty much 2-3 forms you fill out in your browser. It's not too bad. There's a guide on wordpress.org I'm sure.

@Purple Wall site: Site looks good, but one suggestion. Flash links on the side. They are nice animations, but those buttons took a while to load here, compared to the rest of the page.

Thanks for the input, was thinking about taking them down and redoing them. I think you just helped me make that decision. It's weird cause they come up pretty fast for me..
